Returns Policy

We urge you to give us a call of send us an e-mail with any questions regarding our online return policy.

We offer refunds or exchanges for all unworn, undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags attached. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be refunded at anytime.

All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. This allows you at least two weeks to mull over your purchase.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. tops7.ariha.net dose not cover shipping in either direction. You are responsible for shipping costs on all returned products.

How to Make a Return or Exchange:

Please include: Order number, first and last name, phone number, and reason for return along with product to be returned. Returns without a phone number are subject to a longer processing time resulting in a delay of fund reversal. Give us your digits!!
